 UGA Network Service Program

The Network Service Program (NSP) will replace the Network Support Partnership model in FY27 to provide a pricing and billing model for network support services for UGA departments. Under this new model, the fee calculations are based on a unit's full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count. The fee includes maintenance and coverage of wired and wireless services.

This article defines the service level agreement between EITS and participants in the Network Service Program, and lays out EITS and unit responsibilities.
