How to Change your Duo Options and Settings

You can manage your devices registered for use with ArchPass two-step login through any UGA SSO login. You can reactivate Duo Mobile when you get a new phone with the same number, delete a phone number or device if it’s lost, stolen, or no longer needed, and add a new device.

You will first enter your UGA MyID and password on the SSO page and click Login. Then you will see the Duo authentication screen. Select Other Options.

At the end of the authentication options list is an option for Manage devices. Click this option.

You will be asked to verify your identity. Authenticate with your current device.

You will then see a list of all your devices that are registered with Archpass, powered by Duo.

Change Device

To change your device's name in Duo, click Edit.

And then Rename.

In the new pop up box, enter the new name you want for the device and click Rename.

To reactivate Duo Mobile on a new phone, click I have a new phone for the corresponding phone number and follow the onscreen prompts to confirm ownership of the phone number and connect to the Duo Mobile app.

Delete a device

To delete a device, click Edit and then Delete.

Confirm you want to delete the device in the popup by clicking the Delete button.

Add Another Device

To add a new device from the Manage Devices screen, click the box for Add a device.
