Licensing for Microsoft 365 tools is assigned to students, faculty, staff, and others based on their role at the university. This ensures appropriate access to Microsoft tools while providing significant cost savings to the University. The following chart gives more detail.
NOTE: These services are not available for alumni, guests, visitors, former persons affiliated with UGA, external collaborators, or vendors. Eligibility for all of our services is dependent on having an active role at UGA.
