Form for new response templates.
This is NOT the form that makes status requests - use the "Post to Status" form instead.
This service is ONLY for requests concerning the TeamDynamix product itself. This includes requests for user forms or other TeamDynamix-specific help.
Adding, removing, reviewing, swapping or updating TeamDynamix Licenses
This is a form to set up emails to filter into TeamDynamix to create tickets, workflows, etc.
