Google Forms is a free online survey and form builder included in your UGA Google Workspace account. It allows you to create personalized quizzes, surveys, and forms, with responses automatically recorded in a spreadsheet.
Who can Access Google Forms?
All UGA students, faculty, staff and retirees with an active UGA MyID can access Google Forms through their UGA Google Workspace account.
How to Access Google Forms
Open up your web browser and visit https://docs.google.com/forms.
Enter your UGA Email Address (MyID@uga.edu) and press Next.
A new page will load the UGA Single Sign-On portal (UGA SSO). On this page, enter only your MyID and Password, then click Login.
When you have successfully logged in, you will see the Google Forms Page where you can begin creating forms.
