This article explains how to sign out of all devices and sessions that are signed into your Microsoft 365 applications.
The benefits of signing out of all devices and sessions that use Microsoft 365 include protection from unauthorized access and immediate log out. Imagine your Office 365 account as a digital house with many doors. When you sign out of all devices, it’s like locking all those doors to keep unwanted guests out.
To sign out of all devices first log in to UGAMail. Once signed in, click on your Initials in the Top right hand corner of the page.
Click on View Account.
A new tab will open. In the new tab, under the your information column click Sign Out Everywhere.
A pop up box will appear asking you "Sign out everywhere?" To initiate sign out of all devices, select Ok.
You have now signed out of all devices and sessions. Please note that there may be a delay of up to an hour before you are signed out everywhere.
