In addition to accessing vLab via a web browser or through thin clients in computer labs, you can also access vLab via Windows App on devices with Windows, Mac, Android and iOS operating systems. Select your operating system for instructions.
Windows App is free and available in the Microsoft Store. Download and run the installer.
You will be presented with the Welcome to Windows App page. Click Sign In.

If you are logging into vLab on a personal device, a Mac in the MLC, or another public use computer, you will need to log in by entering your MyID@uga.edu and password.

You will be prompted to verify your ID with ArchPass, powered by Duo.

Once you are logged in, click Connect in the vLab box.

You will be prompted to "Allow remote desktop connection?" Select Yes.

You are now logged into vLab.

Download the Windows App from the App Store, and install it on your computer or mobile device. The app is free in the App Store.
Click on the +.

Select Work or School Account.

Enter your MyID and password when prompted.

You will be prompted to verify your ID with ArchPass, powered by Duo.
Double click or tap on the box labeled vLab.

If you are installing the app on a computer, you may be asked if you would like to Allow remote desktop connection? with the name of a virtual machine (VM) listed. Click Yes to allow the connection to vLab.

You are now logged into vLab.

The Windows App is available for free in the Google Play Store. Download and install the Windows App.
When you open the app, you will be asked to accept a license agreement for the app. Tap Accept.

Sign in with your MyID@uga.edu and your MyID password. Before entering your password, you may be prompted to allow the app to access files on your device.

You may be prompted to verify your ID with ArchPass, powered by Duo as well. If prompted, select Work or School Account.
Tap the vLab icon to launch a vLab session.

Allow remote desktop connection by tapping Yes.

You are now logged into vLab.
