There are four options for sending print jobs to a wepa kiosk. With these methods, you can print your documents from any wepa kiosk.
Establish a wepa account
Visit https://www.wepanow.com/login. If you are a UGA student, faculty or staff member, select your school. You will be taken to the UGA SSO login screen to log in with your MyID and password.
If you are a guest without a MyID, click Register and enter your information.
After registering and/or logging in, you can upload documents and transfer money to your wepa account to pay for printing. A minimum deposit of $5 in your account is required by wepa to print.
Printing documents from your wepa account on wepa's website
Visit https://www.wepanow.com/ and log in.
Click on My Documents to upload documents.
Choose your file and set your print options.
Click Send Print Options.
You will receive a wepa code and a message that your document has been successfully uploaded.
Visit any wepa kiosk on campus. Log in, select your document, pay and print.
How do I print a document using a wepa print driver?
First, install the drivers from the wepa website.
Log in to your wepa account at http://www.wepanow.com. Select Print Drivers in the top right corner of the screen.
Select to install either the Mac or PC version drivers, depending on your computer, and run the installation file.
Once installed, you can print to any wepa printer by following these steps:
- Open the document.
- Click File, then Print and select wepa as your printer. Set your other printing options as you normally would.
- Enter your username and password when prompted. If you are a UGA student or employee, this will be your MyID and password. Click Proceed.
- Your document will be sent to the wepa kiosk network and you will receive a six-character release code.
- Visit any wepa kiosk. On the kiosk screen, select Enter Release Code.
- Enter the release code you received.
- Select your method of payment and print.

How do I print from a USB flash drive?
You can print directly from your USB flash drive at a wepa kiosk, without establishing a wepa account.
Visit any wepa kiosk. Touch Print from USB and insert your USB flash drive. Your files will be displayed. Select the file(s) you want to print, then select your payment option and print.
Can I print documents from a campus computer lab to a wepa kiosk?
You can print directly through the wepa application on thin client computers in the Miller Learning Center (MLC) or Main Library and from Mac computers in the MLC.
You can print from other computer labs on campus though a web browser by navigating to www.wepanow.com and registering for an account. You may then upload your documents for printing at wepa kiosks.
Can guests without a MyID or Bulldog Bucks use wepa?
Guests may create a wepa account (www.wepanow.com), transfer funds into the account and send documents to a kiosk. To pay from a wepa account, you must deposit at least $5 into the account.
Guests may also insert a USB flash drive into a wepa kiosk, print their documents and pay with a credit or debit card. This payment method includes a $0.20 surcharge for each print transaction.
