UGA students, faculty, and staff can download the latest versions of Microsoft 365 applications as part of the university's Microsoft Campus Agreement, and install these applications on up to five different computers with a single Microsoft 365 license (Windows or MacOS) and on their mobile devices (Android or iOS).
Note: Incoming students will be able to download the latest versions of the applications to their desktop or laptop until about one week before the start of their first classes. This includes returning students who may have lost access while away.

Log into your UGAMail online at ugamail.uga.edu.
Click on your profile photo in the upper-right hand corner, then click View Account.
A new browser window will open. On the left-hand side of the screen, under My Account, click Office apps.
Under Apps & devices, click Install Office to begin the installation process. You can also see what devices you've already installed Microsoft 365 applications on by clicking the arrow next to devices.
Note: You must connect your device to the Internet at least once every 30 days to verify the status of your Microsoft 365 subscription. If you do not connect within 30 days, your applications go into reduced functionality mode until you connect your device to the Internet again.
