Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool, is offered to UGA faculty and staff for instruction and research purposes. Qualtrics allows faculty and staff to easily design and implement their own UGA or college-branded surveys, as well as invite survey participants and review survey results. Users can choose from a library with different question types, remind participants to take a survey and view reports in a variety of formats.
Who can access Qualtrics?
Qualtrics is free to UGA faculty and staff through December 2025. In 2026, Qualtrics will transition to a paid service available through a departmental cost-sharing program.
How do I access Qualtrics?
Faculty and staff who need an account should contact their departmental IT staff.
Upon account set-up, you will receive an email with access instructions. Please follow this process to be certain your account is under the UGA instance. Signing up for an account in any other way will result in collaboration and security issues.
Once your Qualtrics account is set up, you can access it at ugeorgia.qualtrics.com.
More information on using Qualtrics can be found on the Qualtrics support site.
