Who can access Microsoft Forms?
Microsoft Forms is available for free to eligible UGA students, faculty, and staff with a MyID.
How do I access Microsoft Forms?
If not already logged into UGAMail, go to https://ugamail.uga.edu/ and click on Log in to UGAMail.
Select the nine dots menu in the upper left-hand corner of the window.
From the menu, select Forms.
