Microsoft Power BI is a collection of software services, apps, and connectors that work together to turn your unrelated sources of data into coherent, visually immersive, and interactive insights. Whether your data is a simple Excel spreadsheet or a collection of cloud-based and on-premises hybrid data warehouses, Power BI lets you easily connect to your data sources, visualize what is important, and share that with anyone or everyone you want.

Who can access Microsoft Power BI?
Microsoft Power BI is free to UGA faculty and staff and can be accessed through your web-based UGAMail.
How do I access Microsoft Power BI?
If not already logged into UGAMail, go to https://ugamail.uga.edu/ and click on Log in to UGAMail.
Select the nine dots menu in the upper left-hand corner of the window.
From the menu, select Power BI.
Please note that the use of Power BI should be consistent with UGA’s standard data handling protocols for the distribution and storage of sensitive data.
