If you have trouble logging into UGA Single Sign-On (UGA SSO), try the following troubleshooting steps.
Check Your UGA MyID and Password
- Make sure you're entering your MyID (not your full email address).
- Double-check for typos, especially with capitalization or special characters.
- If you've forgotten your password, reset it at UGA MyID Password Reset Portal.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
- Cached data can interfere with login sessions.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart the browser.
- Try logging in again.
Try a Different Browser or Device
- Sometimes, browser extensions or settings can block login attempts.
Verify Internet Connection
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Avoid using VPNs or proxies that might interfere with authentication.
Duo Two-Factor Authentication
- Make sure your Duo device is set up and accessible.
- If you're not receiving Duo prompts, open the Duo app manually or check your notification settings.
