How do faculty and staff access Adobe Creative Cloud?

Faculty and Staff should contact their departmental IT professional for access and pricing. Each department has a Technical Contact Lead for Adobe CC to manage their users and to provide support.

  • If you wish to have a named user account for Adobe CC software, you must be an active faculty or staff member or an actively employed graduate student in a participating unit.
  • Named users must be reported in a department or unit's FTE count.
  • Named users must have a valid UGA email address.
  • A maximum of two installations is allowed. One installation may be on a personal computer for work-at-home purposes.
  • Named user accounts are not permitted for students, retirees, retire rehires and most affiliates. Student workers and retire rehires must use a serialized installation on a UGA-owned or shared computer.
