How to send a message on SendFiles to a person with a MyID

After logging into SendFiles, click Send Package.

Enter the recipient's MyID in the To field. Do not use the full email address.

Then, fill out the rest of the message as you would a normal email.

Add any files you would like to attach by dragging and dropping to the Files section. You can also choose Upload Files and Browse.

Select and open the file you want to add.

Then select Upload. Wait for the upload to finish and then select Close.

Click Check Recipients.  You should get a Recipients Checked OK Message.

Note: If you do not get a Recipients checked OK message, that means the recipient has never signed in to SendFiles with their MyID. They will need to do so before you can send the message or file.

Click Send and the message will be sent.
