It covers a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to, new license purchases, user account updates, profile modifications, group updates, workflow adjustments, form/service updates, response template modifications, and any other TDx-related issues or requests. If you require assistance or have any concerns related to TeamDynamix, please submit this request for prompt support.

For each University School, College and Unit, it is essential that a Departmental Network Liaison (DNL) be identified. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for that unit, both with respect to the other users within the department and the central EITS support groups.
