Who can access TeamDynamix?
TeamDynamix can be accessed by students, faculty, and staff with a valid MyID to submit support tickets to EITS, and other units currently licensing TeamDynamix.
How do I access TeamDynamix?
Students, faculty and staff can access TeamDynamix by going to uga.teamdynamix.com and selecting Client Portal. You will be asked to log in with your MyID and password to submit a support ticket. Visitors and others without a MyID can submit support tickets via email at helpdesk@uga.edu.
