View or Edit Departmental Approvers in OneUSG Connect

   Overview   

To View Approvers: In OneUSG Connect, you can run a query to view departmental approvers (180_SEC_DEPT_APPROVERS). There are no prompts in the query because the results displayed are based on your security. Information returned includes Department Approval Level, Effective Date, the approver's Empl ID (User), Last Name, and First Name.

To Edit Approvers: Approvers can be updated via an MSS Security Request in OneUSG Connect. 

In this article, you will learn the steps to run a query on the OneUSG Connect System Manager Reporting Page in order to view a list of departmental approvers.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect

On the Manager Self Service homepage, click theSystem Manager Reporting tile.

The System Manager Reporting page is displayed.

Under the Queries menu, click the Security drop-down menu to view the available queries.

A list of available Security queries is displayed.

Click the Departmental Approvers  link.

4. Step 4

The query is displayed on the right side of the screen.

Click the collapse menu button to expand the workspace.

5. Step 5

The query does not provide any prompts.

When the query is selected from the menu, it automatically runs and displays the results in the window. The results are based on the user's security.
