Name Technical Name Functional Description
Project Status Cube Project Status Cube This cube is downloaded from the Data Warehouse as an Excel spreadsheet and utilizes "pivot table" functionality.
Project Status Report Project Status Report The PSR is a reporting tool downloaded from the Data Warehouse to view project budget and actual data.
Project Budget Balances UGA_KK_PROJECT_BUDGET_BALANCE

Provides project budget, encumbrances, actuals and balances. This query runs from the Commitment Control (KK) ledger and shows anything that has passed budget check, even if the transactions have not fully posted or completed all workflow steps.
Detail Expenditure by Project ID UGA_GM_OP_EXP_DETAIL This query shows fully processed detail level transactions by project.
Detail Expenditure by Department UGA_GM_OP_EXP_BYDEPT This query shows fully processed detail level expenditures by department.
Detail Expenditure by Award UGA_GM_OP_EXP_AWD_DETAIL

This query lists fully processed detail level expenditures by award. 
Project Spending Detail UGA_KK_PROJECT_TRANS_DETAIL Provides detail level project transactions with chartstrings.
IDC Revenue (with PI) UGA_GM_DPT_IDC_REV_W_PI This query shows indirect cost (F&A) revenue and associated charges with a field for Pricipal Investigator.
Sponsored Expenditures for the Fiscal Year UGA_GM_SPONS_EXPENDITURES

This query returns total sponsored expenditures for the fiscal year, with available filter by financial department.
