Reviewing Adjustment History

In this article you will learn how to view Adjustment History on a list of bills or invoiced bills only.

This article explains how to view adjustment history.

Note: This article was recorded using sample values. Actual values may differ in the production version of the UGA Financial Management System.

1. Step 1

First, log into the Financial Management System.

Click the Classic Home tile.

2. Step 2

To navigate to the Adjustment History page, select:

Main Menu > Billing > Review Billing Information > Adjustment History

The Adjustment History search page is displayed.

Enter the appropriate information into the Search Criteria fields.

Example shown here: "66001".

Click the Search button.

The Search Results are displayed beneath the Search Criteria. A list of invoices related to your search parameters is displayed.

Click the appropriate Invoice link.

6. Step 6

The Adjustment History page is displayed.

This page shows Invoices, Status, Invoice Types, Invoice Dates, and Invoice Amounts related to the search parameters that you selected.

7. Step 7

The Select for Display section gives you the options of selecting a List of All Bills, or Invoiced Bills Only.

If you change the display parameters you will need to click the Get Adjustment History button to refresh the results.

The Invoices Selected section provides the Invoice detail for the three invoices on this account.

10. Step 10

The Invoice displaying the credit or adjusted amount is displayed along with the status of each invoice.
