Employee Change File Access Request

The Employee Change file provides campus units various employee status changes from the HR system.  This includes terminations, position changes, and department changes.  This information can be used to review user access to departmental systems to ensure compliance with Board of Regents standards in regards to account management.  More information can be found on section 3.1 of the Information Technology Handbook located here.
