Combo Code Request

The process for requesting combo codes changed starting Saturday, February 13. There is a new combo code request page, which will allow users to request combo codes directly in the UGA Financial Management System.

• In addition to streamlining the process, the new form will allow requesters to view valid chartfield combinations on the combo code request itself, which will improve first-time resolution and turnaround times.
• Training materials & user guides: You can find user guides to access the new form in the OneSource training library:

  • Searching for a Combo Code
  • Creating a Combo Code Quick Reference Guide
• Access: All Financial Management System users will have access to submit combo code requests, as is the case today.

Please use this new process, instead of submitting a request through this TeamDynamix form.
