Zoom Add-On Purchases

This process has been created to streamline requests for Add-ons for Zoom features when needed.  We will need to know which sub-account to associate the add-on to, who is the admin for the account, and the chart strings for billing.  Once this is received a new MOU will be created for the Add-on and sent to the Admin for signature.  At that point the Add-on will be ordered from Zoom and anticipate 2-4 weeks for the purchase and provisioning to complete.  These Add-ons will remain a part of the respective sub-account until a request to remove them has been noted. 

A request to remove the add-on will require a 60 day notice prior to the renewal of the contract otherwise the add-on purchase will be included in the renewal MOU for the remainder of the agreement.

Add-ons are as follows:

Webinar 100: $440/year

Webinar 500: $1,500/year

Meeting 500: $1000/year

Room Connector: $315/year

Zoom Room: $575/year
