This article will walk you through the steps to access the Budget Status Cube and create a Budget Status spreadsheet from the data you select.
In this article, you will learn the steps to navigate to the Budget Status Cube and create a Budget Status spreadsheet from the data you select.
From the UGA home page enter "reports.uga.edu" into the navigation field to navigate to the available reports page.
Note: CAS Login is required to access this page.
Click the Most Commonly Used menu.
Click the Budget_Status_Cube link.
On the Data Warehouse home page, click the All UGA Faculty and Staff Reports folder.
Click the Financial folder.
Click the Budget_Status_Cube.xlsx Excel Workbook to view the file.
Click the Open button.
The Instructions tab is displayed. Once you have read through the instructions click in the Enable Content field to edit the Excel spreadsheet.
Click the ClassDept tab.
To select the appropriate department, click the Dept ID Descr UGADEPTBUDRPT drop-down list.
Click the All tree item.
Click the OK button.
Click the drop-down button next to the Row Labels field.
Click the Class ID Descr drop-down list.
Click the Class ID Descr list item.
Enter appropriate Class ID into the search field.

Click the (Select All Search Results) option to clear the selection.
Click the appropriate Class ID. You can select multiple values.

Scoll down to pick the appropriate tree item.

Once you have selected the Class IDs that you need click the OK button.
To drill down to the transaction level for the Actual Amount column, right-click the appropriate cell to reveal the options menu.
The options menu is revealed. Hover over the arrow next to the Additional Actions menu option to reveal a sub-menu.
Within the Additional Actions menu, click the Transactions Drillthrough menu item.
A new sheet is generated displaying the requested information.
You can scroll to the right of the page to see additional fields.
You can save the new sheet for further analysis of the data.

Click the Delete link from the menu.
A confirmation page is displayed.
Click the Delete button.
