Reviewing Email Invoice Log

In certain processes, the UGA Financial Management System provides the capability to create and send email messages. In this article, you will learn how to view the Email Invoice Log. The Invoice Log will display the date and time the email was created and sent, and by whom.   

In this article you will learn the steps to review the Email Invoice Log.

Note: This article was recorded using sample values. Actual values may differ in the production version of the UGA Financial Management System.

1. Step 1

First, log into the Financial Management System.

Click the Classic Home tile.

To navigate to the Review Email Invoice Log, select:

Main Menu > Billing > Review Processing Results > Review Email Invoice Log

The Filter Options Search page is displayed. This page is used to enter the search criteria to locate the correct Email Invoice Log.

 

You can enter search criteria (Filter Options) by Business Unit, Invoice, Email ID, Email Status, Message Set Number, and Message Number.

Enter appropriate information into the  Filter   Options field.

Click the Search button.

The Search Results section of the page displays the Success status for the Email Status and Message Text fields. This confirms the Email was successfully sent to the appropriate person.

Click the Details tab.

The Details tab displays the Email address of the recipient, the Date and Time the Email was created and sent, and the User ID of whom created the Email.
