Working with Customer Statements

The topics in this section go through the steps to generate customer statements. When statements are run, they include all of items added to the customer balance when the last Receivables Update process was run.

The process to run statements merges the data entered for the specific customer into a statement template to generate a document that can be printed or emailed.
