The UGA Financial Management System provides the Correspondence Options process to view a Statement or Dunning Hold on a customer's account.
In this article you will view a Statement Hold and a Dunning Hold.
Note: This article was recorded using sample values. Actual values may differ in the production version of the UGA Financial Management system.
First, log into the Financial Management System.
Click the Classic Home tile.
To navigate to the General Information page, select:
Main Menu > Customers > Customer Information > General Information
The General Information search page is displayed.
Enter the appropriate information into the Search Criteria fields.
Example shown here:" UGA01 " in the SetID field.
Enter the appropriate information into the Customer ID field.
Example shown here: "100005" in the Customer ID field.
Click the Search button.
The General Info page is displayed .
To view Hold status, click the General Info Links list.
Click the 0040 - Correspondence Options list item.
The Customer Defaults page is displayed.
The Dunning section displays the Dunning Hold that was effective 01/04/2018.
The Statements section displays the Statement Hold that was effective 02/26/2018.
