Viewing Grants Award Inventory

Overview

This article provides information on accessing and reviewing the Awards Inventory page. From the Awards Inventory information page you can find lists of Sponsored Projects associated with PI's, Business Units, Award Type, and Award Status.

In this article, you will search for and view award information using the grants award inventory.

1. Step 1

First, log into the Financial Management System.

Click the Classic Home tile.

To navigate to the Award Inventory page, select:

Main Menu > Grants > Interactive Reports > Award Inventory

3. Step 3

The Award Inventory search page is displayed. On this page you can search by Sponsor ID, PI ID, or Award Status.

The Business Unit is required for the search criteria.

To locate the Business Unit, click the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the Business Unit field or enter the Business Unit directly.

In the Business Unit field, enter " 18400 ".

4. Step 4

You can enter the Award PI ID directly into the Award PI ID field or use the Lookup Magnifying Glass to the right of the field.

In the Award PI ID field, enter " 1801801 ".

5. Step 5

Click the appropriate link from the list.

Example shown here: DOVER, Kenneth link under the Name column.

6. Step 6

The Award Inventory page is displayed.

Note: This page provides a list of the sponsored awards associated with the queried PI. Information on the awards includes the Award ID, Sponsor, Award PI, and the Reference Award Number.
