Group Dining Request
Thank you for your interest in group dining with UGA Dining Services. We are pleased to offer dining options for groups at our three dining halls: Summit Dining Commons, Oglethorpe Dining Commons, and Village Summit Dining Commons. Please note that we do not reserve rooms or spaces within our dining facilities to ensure seating availability for our meal plan patrons. Our dining halls are intended solely for meal services and are not available for event rentals. Group dining tickets may also be available for purchase at our retail dining locations upon request.
To arrange a group meal, please complete the Group Dining Request Form at least 3 business days before your intended dining date.

Important Note: If your group requires bus parking, please contact the Visitors’ Center at (706) 542-0842 or Parking Services at (706) 542-7275.
Please be aware that failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation may result in a fee, which will vary based on the size of the group.
For tax-exempt purchases, please attach your State of Georgia Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (ST-5) to the Group Dining Request Form at least 3 business days prior to your meal date. Without prior approval of your tax exemption form, your group will be required to pay GA State sales taxes at the time of your meals.
We kindly ask all group members to clean up their area after dining and return their dishes to the designated dish return stations.
Please note that no food may be taken out of the dining hall.
