Franklin Zoom Webinar and Large Meeting Requests

Team members in Franklin OIT and the Franklin Office of Communications are available to provide guidance related to hosting a public event, and it is recommended that event hosts contact Franklin OIT for a consultation, technical assistance, and training.

As part of this support, Franklin College currently has two Webinar 500 licenses and one Webinar 100 license, along with one Meeting 500 license available to help with hosting public events.  These licenses are available for use by the Franklin community on a first-come, first-served basis. The webinars and meetings will be set up by Franklin College OIT staff but the department requesting the webinar or meeting will be in charge of providing a facilitator for the event.
