The University offers UGA SSO (Single Sign-On) for web application authentication.
Requests for applications to use UGA SSO will be processed through a workflow with tasks that must be completed by the application owner and the Information Security and Identity Management teams within EITS. Please plan for at least eight weeks from request submission to deployment, which is subject to change if any issues are identified during implementation.

Applications using UGA SSO for authentication can elect to use single-factor or multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor authentication uses ArchPass, UGA's two-factor authentication service. Applications that handle sensitive or restricted data should use multi-factor authentication.
