To request a renewal, expiration, or other change to an existing exception request, you may update the ticket in one of these ways:
- Email: If you have a TeamDynamix email notice about this request, you may reply to it, which will add a comment on the ticket. The TeamDynamix notices have a "From" address of notify@teamdynamixapp.com. (Note that responding to emails you may have from the old Remedy system will not work for this purpose.)
