I just changed my MyID password, why can't I log in? 

It can sometimes take up to 30 minutes for the password change to flow through all of our various systems. If it still isn't working after 30 minutes, please call the EITS Help Desk at 706-542-3106.

Can I change my MyID username?

No, but you may change your UGAMail alias

I need MyIDs for participants at a summer camp or youth clinic.

Effective May 23, 2017, EITS no longer issues MyIDs for youth participating in summer camps at UGA. 

Summer camp participants may continue to use the guest wireless network, UGA_Visitors_WiFi, which does not require a MyID.
