Placing Print Orders Through UGA Bulldog Print + Design

   Overview   

In this article, you will learn the steps to place orders through the UGA Bulldog Print + Design Online Ordering System.

  1. Step 1

First, go to the Bulldog Print + Design Online Ordering System homepage: https://bpd.uga.edu/

 

  2. Step 2

On the top right-hand corner of the homepage menu, click the Log In tab.

A new page is displayed allowing you to login with your account status. Click the appropriate button for the type of account you have. 

IF you are using a chartstring or speedtype for billing, click on the left button, Using Your UGA Account.

IF you are paying with a check, or being invoiced, click on the right button, Non-UGA Account.

The SSO page displays for UGA ACCOUNT customers.

 Sign In using your MyID and Password.

Note: As an approved UGA account customer, you will be taken directly to the Bulldog Print + Design homepage.

  5. Step 5

Account Set Up page is displayed with options highlighted for new or existing customers

The account set up page displays for first time or non - UGA account customers.

For non - UGA account holders, hover over and click the Create your Profile link.

For first time UGA account holders, enter your information in the User Name and Password fields.

The Create Account page is displayed.

Enter your information in the *mandatory fields, then click the Update button.

Note: Once your account has been approved by Bulldog Print + Design, you will receive an email notification stating you can start using the online ordering system.

Once your are approved to use the Bulldog Print + Design Online Ordering System, repeat the steps for logging in to the Bulldog Print + Design homepage: https://bpd.uga.edu/ 

  8. Step 8

Displayed on the homepage are 8 Product Tiles which allow you to order items of your choice, or you can click on the New Order tab located at the top left of the menu on the homepage.

  9. Step 9

The product category page is displayed.

If you do not see a category for your specific order, on the menu at the top of the homepage, click the I don't see a Category for my request tile.

  10. Step 10

Once you submit your order, you will start receiving email notifications of the following:

Submitted –  We have received your order.

On Hold –  We have placed your job on hold per your request or waiting on artwork.

Proof Pending Approval –  Your printed proof is ready for your review if you requested.

Printing – Your order has been placed into production for print.   

Waiting for Delivery – Your order has been sent to Mail & Receiving Services for delivery to the location you specified.

Ready for Pickup – Your order is finished and ready for pick up.

Shipping – Your order is finished and being shipped out.

Billed – Your order has been billed.
