Requesting Access to the GradStatus System


   Overview   

This article walks you through the steps to complete the GradStatus Access Request form.

  1. Step 1

First, open the GradStatus Access Request Form

Enter your information in the Requestor Email field.

  2. Step 2

Choose the appropriate status for the person you are requesting access.

  3. Step 3

Choose the appropriate option for the individual, Request Access or Remove Access.

  4. Step 4

Enter the appropriate information into the Name field.

  5. Step 5

Enter the appropriate information into the UGA MYID field.

  6. Step 6

Enter the appropriate information into the UGA ID (81X#) field.

  7. Step 7

Enter the appropriate information into the UGA Email field.

  8. Step 8

Choose the appropriate department(s) for gradstatus access from the pre populated Department list.

If necessary, enter the appropriate information in the Comments field.

  9. Step 9

Click the send me a copy of my responses button and enter your email address.

  10. Step 10

Click the Submit button.
