Running the On Track Faculty Query

In OneUSG Connect, you can run the On Track Faculty query (180_MFE_ON_TRACK_FACULTY) in the Manage Faculty Events section to find a list of all tenure-track faculty members and information relating to the tenure timeline.

In this article, you will learn the steps to run a query to view on-track faculty members.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect

On the Manager Self Service home page, click the System Manager Reporting tile.

The System Manager Reporting page is displayed.

From the Queries menu on the left, click the Manage Faculty Events menu link.

The available queries for Manage Faculty Events are displayed .

Click the On Track Faculty link.

The search criteria for the query is displayed. You can enter available information into the search fields to limit your search results. The % wildcard search will turn up all possible results for the query. You can also use the lookup magnifying glass to search for the appropriate values (such as for Academic Rank).

Examplw shown here: you will leave the search open, using the percent signs, to return all results.

Click the View Results button.

5. Step 5

The results are displayed.

Click the Excel SpreadSheet link to open the results as an Excel file.

Click the Open button.

The Excel file is displayed. You can filter and sort the data to view the information that you need.

You can see the faculty member's Employee ID, Name, and Rank Description.

You can also scroll to the right of the page to view additional columns.

8. Step 8

Additional columns are displayed, including Tenure Track Start Date, Time to Accrue, and Tenure Eligible From. Scroll to the right to view additional information.
