You can use the Enhancements & Release Notes Roadmap to view enhancement requests for various systems in different stages of development. The page is interactive, with clickable charts and filters to help you locate information.
You can also view the release notes associated with the completion of an enhancement request.
In this article, we will explore some of the features available in the Enhancements & Release Notes Roadmap.
The Enhancements homepage is displayed. From this page, you can review current enhancement requests by system, functional team, or status.
The Enhancement Requests bar chart shows the current number of enhancement requests sorted by month of target release.
It is important to note that these are best estimate target dates, but they are subject to change due to factors that are not always within our control. The color of the bar reflects the system the request affects.
To drill down and view the enhancement requests for a certain system and month, click the appropriate bar in the chart.

The Bar Report Records pop-up dialogue box is displayed.
The list displays the Responsible Group, Category, Status, and Description for each of the enhancement requests being released for the selected system and month.
To further filter the results, click the Add filters button.
The Add Filters pop-up dialogue box is displayed.
The default filter is set to OneSource as the value of the Responsible Group field.
Click the Responsible Group drop-down list to change the filter.
To filter for enhancement requests of a certain functional area, click the Category option.
The filter parameter field changes to reflect categories with the default category being Accounting.
To choose the appropriate category, click the Category drop-down list.
Select the functional area to use as a filter parameter.

To insert an additional filter, click the Add filter button.
With the filter parameter(s) entered, click the Submit button.
The Bar Report Records dialogue box is displayed once more. The displayed enhancement results are filtered by the selected option(s).
To return to the Enhancements homepage, click the Close button.
If you continue scrolling down on the Enhancements homepage, you will find another bar chart that shows the current number of enhancement requests sorted by Category.
To drill down and view the enhancement requests for a certain category, click the appropriate bar in the chart.

The Add Filters pop-up dialogue box is displayed. The default filter is set to OneSource as the value of the Responsible Group field.
To filter for enhancement requests of a certain stage in the development process, click the Status option.
The filter parameter field changes to reflect request statuses with a default status of In Progress.
To choose the appropriate status, click the Status drop-down list.
Select the status to use as a filter parameter.

Below the category bar chart, you will find a pie chart that shows the percentage breakdown of all enhancement requests by Status.
To drill down and view the enhancement requests of a certain status, click the appropriate portion in the chart.

The Pie Report Records pop-up dialogue box is displayed. The list displays the Responsible Group, Category, Status, Description, and Target Date for each of the enhancement requests within the selected status.
Again, the Add Filters pop-up dialogue box is displayed. The default filter is set to OneSource as the value of the Responsible Group field.
To change the field you are filtering by, click the Responsible Group list.
To filter for enhancement requests based on keywords in their descriptions, click the Description list item.
To choose the logic for the text filter, click the Contains drop-down list.
Select the appropriate filter logic from the list.

Enter the description text criteria into the Filter Parameter field.
Example shown here: Enter "Budget Status Report" to search for all enhancements that contain the phrase.
The Pie Report Records dialogue box is displayed once more. The enhancement results displayed in the updated list meet the entered filter parameter(s).
Beneath the charts, a list of all enhancement requests is displayed. Use the tabs at the top to filter the list by category.
To filter the list to only show enhancement requests in a certain category, click the appropriate tab.

The list is filtered to only show enhancement requests within the selected category.
To adjust how many enhancement requests are visible on a single page, click the 25 per page drop-down list.
Select the appropriate visibility option from the list.

To search for specific text on the page, you can press [Ctrl+F].
The Search Bar is displayed at the top of window. Enter the search criteria into the Find field.

Any text that matches the entered search criteria will be highlighted.
At the top of the page, click the Release Notes link.
The Release Notes page is displayed. From this page, you can view the release notes of completed enhancement requests.
To filter out the release notes from a specific responsible group, click the appropriate label in the legend of the chart.

The area chart is filtered to exclude release notes from the selected responsible group.
To remove the filter, simply click on the appropriate label once more in the legend.
To drill down and view the release notes for a certain system and month, click the appropriate data point in the area chart.

The Area Report Records pop-up dialogue box is displayed. The list displays the Responsible Group, Category, Sub-Category, Description, and Status for each of the release notes within the selected responsible group.
Note: Since these are release notes, all the values in the Status column should be Closed.
To further filter the results, click the Add filters button and follow the prompts to add an additional filter to the list.
To return to the Release Notes homepage, click the Close button.
