Entering Time via Manual Entry on Your Mobile Phone

Employees can easily enter time worked using Employee Self Service on a mobile phone or device. You can manually enter your arrival, lunch, and departure times for each day on the timesheet.

In this article, you will learn the steps to enter time manually in OneUSG Connect using your mobile phone.

1. Step 1

The Employee Self Service page is displayed with the Time and Absence tile highlighted.

First, log into OneUSG Connect.

From Employee Self Service homepage in OneUSG Connect, press the Time and Absence tile.

2. Step 2

The Time page is displayed with the Time Summary and Payable Time sections highlighted.

The Time page is displayed with your Time Summary and Payable Time. If necessary, scroll to view additional tiles.

3. Step 3

The Time page is displayed with the Report Time tile highlighted.

To manually enter your time, press the Report Time tile.

4. Step 4

The Report Time page is displayed with the Time field highlighted.

The Report Time page is displayed.

Enter the appropriate time in the Time field.

Example shown here: "8AM"

5. Step 5

The Report Time page is displayed with the In button highlighted.

The entered time is displayed.

Note: The Report Time page provides a Suggested Action button based on your last action.

Click the In (Suggested Action) button.

6. Step 6

The Time field is highlighted.

Your action and a Submitted Succesfully message are displayed.

Enter the appropriate information in the Time field for your next action.

7. Step 7

The Actions link is highlighted.

The entered time is displayed.

To view actions other than the suggested, click the Actions link.

8. Step 8

The Out option is highlighted from the Actions menu.

The Actions menu is displayed. 

Select the appropriate option.

9. Step 9

The submitted time entries are highlighted.

The selected action is posted and displayed along with a "Submitted Successfully" message.
