Signing In and Out

   Overview

Access to the UGA Financial Management System

In order to be able to sign into the UGA Financial Management System, an employee must first be set as an active employee with the University of Georgia. This action is initiated/maintained by a distributed unit's HR official in the UGAJobs/OneUSG Connect systems.

  • Receiving a blue Oracle login page after logging in with your MyID and password on UGA's Central Authentication is often an indicator that you are not an active employee with UGA.
  • Students who are not active employees will not be able to log into the system. If a student requires reimbursement from the university, they will need to register as a supplier at suppliers.uga.edu (if not previously registered) and work with their department to issue payment.

In this article, you will learn how to sign in to the UGA Financial Management system and how to sign out.
