You have the ability to view the documents you have approved or denied. You can look at these documents to see where they are in the approval process or go back to the source document to review details.
In this article, you will learn how to review documents you have already approved.
First, log into OneUSG Connect.
On the Manager Self Service page, click the Approvals tile.
The Pending Approvals page opens. This is the page where you can review and approve or deny the transactions assigned to you.
Click the Actions List button.
Click the Approvals History link.
The Approvals History page opens. You can scroll through the list of items you have already approved or denied.
Note: The menu is arranged the same as Pending Approvals, but all of the categories and numbers reflect the approved/denied transactions.
Each line shows the Approval status for the document.
Click on any line to review the transaction.
When you open the approval transaction, you will see the Person who submitted the transaction, the amount of the transaction, and the Approval status.
The Summary section gives you general information about the transaction, including the ID number for the transaction.
The Lines section will vary based on the transaction you are reviewing. Use the same instructions for this section that you used to review the original pending approval.
You can examine the entire approval chain to see the current status.
The Approval Chain page opens. On this page you can see who approved and the status. It also shows the time and date that the transaction was approved or denied.
Click the Close button when you finish the review.
