You can view your allocation sheet in the UGA Budget Management System to see your total budget amount, by fund code, for the upcoming fiscal year.
In this article, you will learn the steps to view an allocation sheet in the UGA Budget Management System.
First, log into the Budget Management System.
On the UGA Budget Management System HomePage, click the BUDDEV link in the Quick Links box.
The BUDDEV tab is displayed.
In the Form Folder section, locate the allocation forms in the left menu by using the following navigation: Forms > Central Budget Office > Campus Allocation .
Click the Campus Allocation link.
The forms associated with Campus Allocation are displayed in the Form section.
Click the Campus Allocation Sheets link.
The Campus Allocation Sheets page is displayed on the right side of the screen.
To collapse the pane on the left side of the screen and maximize your workspace, click the Collapse Pane button on the left side of the Campus Allocation Sheet.
On the Campus Allocation Sheets, you can view information about both the current year budget and the new base budget.
To select the intermediate unit for which you want to view its allocation sheet, click the drop-down button next to the Intermediate Unit field.
You can search an intermediate unit by entering the intermediate unit in the Member field.
You can also scroll down to locate the intermediate unit.
Example, click " 20000000 Terry College of Business" .
To select the fund for which you want to view its allocation sheet, click the drop-down button next to the Fund field.
You can search a fund by entering the fund in the Member field.
You can also scroll down to locate the fund.
Example shown here: " 10000 – RI State Appropriations" .
Click the Go button.
The allocation sheet for the selected intermediate unit and fund is displayed.
On the Campus Allocation Sheets page, you can view detailed information about how much of the budget is assigned to a selected intermediate unit for the next fiscal year and how the budget is allocated within the intermediate unit.
