Searching Conversations by Keyword

In this article you will learn to search for a Conversation using a Keyword. Using a Keyword as search criteria is optional and can be created when a comment is entered on the Conversations page.    

In this article, you will learn to search for a Conversation using the Keyword "SENT",  The use of a Keyword is optional, but can be created when you enter information in the Conversation Entries section on the Conversations page.

Note: This article was recorded using sample values. Actual values may differ in the production version of the UGA Financial Management System.

1. Step 1

First, log into the Financial Management System

Click the Classic Home tile.

To navigate to the Search By Keyword page, select:

Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Conversations > Search By Keyword

The Conversation By Keyword Search Criteria page is displayed.

In the Set ID field, enter " UGA01 ".

Enter the appropriate information into the  Business Unit  field. In the Business Unit field, enter " 66001 ".

To locate the Keyword, click the lookup magnifying glass next to the Keyword field.

Select the appropriate Keyword link.

Click the Search button.

The Conversations page is displayed. The header information displays the Customer information. You can use this section of the page to make sure you have accessed the correct customer page.

If necessary scroll to the Keywords section of the page to view the Keyword1 field.

The Keyword1 field is populated with the search value SENT,  that you  entered as the search criteria on the Search Criteria page.

The Comments field displays the comment associated with the Keyword1 SENT.
