A one-time address can be used in a UGAmart to send an order to a non-UGA address.
For addresses off-campus, agreement on whether mail or shipments can be delivered to an employee's home or other remote location is a decision that should be made between staff, faculty, and their leadership.
In this article, you will learn the steps to add a one time delivery address to a UGAmart order.
Note: For addresses off campus, the recipient is responsible for ensuring the address is deliverable, tracking the shipping process, and maintaining the security and physical state of the package.
First, log into the Financial Management System
From the Shopping Cart view in UGAmart, click the Proceed to Final Review button.
The Accounting Codes tab is displayed.
Note: If Accounting code errors appear, please disregard while changing the address.
To edit the associated address, click the Shipping tab.
The Shipping tab is displayed with your default Ship To information.
To change the address, click the edit button.
The Ship To pop-up window displays.
Click the click here link.
Click the Click HERE to Search All UGA Ship To Addresses link.
The Address Search pop-up window displays.
To setup an off-campus address for one time use, enter "one time' in the Nickname/Address Text search field.
Click the Search button.
The One Time Ship To option appears.
To edit the address, click the select link.
The One Time Ship To option displays blank text fields for all address details. The BOLD* fields are required.
Enter appropriate information into the Address Line 1 * field.
Example shown here: "91 Albany Ave"
Enter appropriate information into the City * field.
Example shown here: " Danielsville ".
Enter appropriate information into the State * field.
Example shown here: " GA ".
Enter appropriate information into the Zip Code * field.
Example shown here: " 30633 ".
Note: Do NOT use the Save this address for future use option. These addresses are available campus wide.
Click the Save button.
The Shipping tab displays along with the ONE TIME SHIP TO information and a pop-up indicating the information was saved successfully.

Some items, such as hazardous materials and bulk chemicals (trackable and non-trackable), cannot be shipped to a residence. If units have a need for these materials, they should continue to be delivered in coordination with Central Resources Stores.
