This article will walk you through the steps to edit your Pay From Schedule timesheet in OneUSG Connect.
You can apply the schedule and edit individual days as needed. Employees cannot edit a timesheet once payroll has already run. Supervisors must initiate those changes.
In this article, you will learn the steps to edit your pay from schedule time in OneUSG Connect.
First log onto https://hcm-sso.onehcm.usg.edu/
From the Employee Self Service homepage in OneUSG Connect, click the Time and Absence link.
The Time and Absence page is displayed.
Click the Weekly Timesheet tile.
The Enter Time page is displayed. On this page, you can review, edit, and submit your reported hours for the pay period.
To edit your time, enter the updated information in the appropriate date field(s).
Example shown here: enter "4.00" into the 3-Wednesday time field.
When you are finished editing, click the Submit button.
A message is displayed stating the timesheet was submitted successfully.
