Viewing MSS Transactions in OneUSG Connect

   Overview   

You can view all of your MSS transactions in OneUSG connect, including their statuses and transaction details, using the Review Transactions tile on the Manager Self Service homepage.

In this article, you will learn the steps to view all of your MSS transactions in OneUSG connect, including their statuses and transaction details.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect.                   

Click on the Employee Self Service dropdown menu at the top left of your screen.

Click on the Manager Self Service option.

From the OneUSG Connect Manager Self Service homepage, click the Review Transactions tile.

The Review Transactions page is displayed. This page allows the user to search for and review the status and details of a transaction they have reviewed, submitted or approved.

To review by transaction status, click the Approval Status dropdown list.

The Approval Status dropdown menu reveals a list of status options from which you can choose.

Click to select the appropriate Approval Status option.

Before reviewing any transactions, you will need to select the appropriate Approval Process, or transaction type. 

Click the lookup magnifying glass in the Approval Process field to view a list of options.

The Look Up Approval Process popup window is displayed. The Search Results section contains a list of Process IDs with descriptions you can choose for your search.

Click the appropriate Process ID for the transaction type you wish to review.

The Approver Oper ID field allows you to select an approver to view transactions on which they took action. 

Note: For example, if you submit a termination request and approver John Doe denies it, you can review the transaction by entering John Doe's information in the Approver Oper ID field. Once you run the search, it will then return any of the transactions you submitted where John Doe is the approver.

You can search for transactions within a date range using the From Date and End Date fields.

Enter the information in a MM/DD/YYYY format into the From Date section to only display transactions on or after that date.

Enter the information in a MM/DD/YYYY format into the End Date section to only display transactions on or before that date.

With your desired search criteria entered, click the Refresh button to review your transactions.

The Approval Transactions menu is displayed, revealing a list of transactions that meet your search criteria.

Locate the transaction that you are seeking, then click the appropriate View Details link to view additional information.

14. Step 14

The Transaction Details page is displayed. It provides details on the transaction's date, reason, workflow status, effective sequence, and requestor information.

If necessary, scroll the bottom of the page to review all the transaction details.

Requestor Comments and Attachment Details are also displayed if provided. 

If necessary, scroll to the bottom of the page to review all the requestor comments and attachment details.

At the bottom of the page, you can review workflow information and additional comments for the selected transaction in the Approvals section.
