You can run the Budgetary Detail Report (Benefits Exluded) in the UGA Budget Management System for selected departments to view account information about the original budget, amendments, current budget, actuals, encumbrances, encumbered actuals, and balances for the selected department.
In this article, you will learn the steps to run the Budgetary Detail Report (Benefits Excluded) in the UGA Budget Management System.
First, log into the Budget Management System
On the UGA Budget Management System HomePage, click the Explore button.
The Explore tab is displayed.
Click the arrow next to the UGA Reports folder to expand.
The subfolders of the UGA Reports folder are displayed.
Click the Department subfolder.
The Department related reports are displayed on the right side of the screen.
Double-click the Budgetary Detail Report (Benefits Excluded) report.
A dialog box is displayed requesting the Department ID for which you want to run the report.
You can manually enter the Department into the Enter Department field if you already know it. Or, click the Member Selection icon next to the Selection field to find the appropriate department.

After entering the appropriate Department, click the OK button.
The Budgetary Detail Report (Benefits Excluded) for the selected department is displayed.
The report provides you with account information about the original budget, amendments, current budget, actuals, encumbrances, encumbered actuals, and balance for the selected Department.
You can view detailed information about each account for the selected department.
Click the Expand button next to the account for which you wish to view the details.
You can continue to expand the accounts for which you wish to view the details.
You can also search the information about the accounts by selecting a filter at the top of the page.
Click the appropriate filter to view the information you need.

The Preview User Point of View dialog box for the selected filter is displayed.
Select the appropriate option.
Example shown here: " FY18 ".
Click the OK button.
The filtered account information is displayed.
The default format of the report is in HTML.
If you want to generate the report in PDF format, click the Adobe PDF icon in the toolbar.
The PDF is displayed.
You can scroll down to view the detailed information for each account and save and/or print the report.
