Viewing Basic Information About Your Team

Within Manager Self Service, Supervisors can access and view basic information about their direct employees and perform certain actions for those employees.

In this article, you will view information on your team members.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect

In Manager Self Service, click the My Team tile.

2. Step 2

The Supervisor's Direct Reports are displayed.

To view additional information about a specific person, select either the Performance, Compensation, or Leave Balances tab.

After the Performance, Compensation, or Leave Balances tab is selected, an arrow will appear next to the employee’s name.

4. Step 4

Select the down arrow to view the Actions box, then click the Job and Personal Information link.

Click View Employee Personal Info link.

The Employee Information page is displayed. This page will provide additional information on the employee as available.
