This article will walk you through the steps to view current foundation fund spending report in OneSolution system.
In this article, you will learn the steps to access the Current Spending Budget Report in the ONESolution system.
Click the Endowment Spending Reports tab.
Click the Current Spending Budget Report (F_GL712_CSB ) (F_GL712_CSB) menu item.
The CDD Report Criteria Prompts page is displayed.
Enter appropriate information into the Enter the Fund Number field.
Example shown here: " 78212 " in the Enter the Fund Number field.
Click the Submit button.
A message window is displayed indicating the status of the report.
Click the Maximize button.
The requested report is displayed. You can click the icon to the right of the PDF icon to export, print and more.
