Excel allows you to quickly and easily share an Excel workbook with your colleagues.
In this article, you will learn the steps to share an Excel workbook file with others using their email addresses.
You can share a workbook with others from within the Excel workbook.
Depending on your version of Excel, this may look like a box with an outward arrow or like a person with a plus sign.
In the upper right-hand corner of the tool bar, click the Share icon button.
The Share popup menu is displayed. Click to select the method for how you want to share a copy of your work book.

The Link settings menu is displayed. Click to select how you want to send the link to your workbook.

You can also choose whether the people you send the workbook to can edit or download the document.
When you have finished making your selection, click the Apply button.
Next, enter the names of your contacts you want to receive the message. Alternatively, you can enter an email address.
You can also add an optional message with more information for the recipients of your link.
Once you have added the contacts, click the Send button to share the link.
A confirmation box is displayed, indicating that the link has been successfully sent.
