Running the Raise Sheet Report

   Overview   

You can use the UGA Budget Management System to generate the Raise Sheet Report for an HR Department. The report includes information on Job Code, FTE, Fiscal Year 2019 Base Salary, Merit Increase Amount, Administrative Supplemental Pay, Total Fiscal Year 2020 Compensation, Merit Increase Percent, and Merit Range for each employee of the selected department.

   Instructions   

  1. Step 1On the UGA Budget Management System HomePage, click the Explore button.
  2. Step 2: In the left navigation menu, click the arrow next to the UGA Reports folder to expand it.
  3. Step 3: The subfolders of the UGA Reports folder are displayed. Click the BPSS subfolder.
  4. Step 4: The BPSS related reports are displayed on the right side of the screen. Double-click the Raise Sheet report.
  5. Step 5: The Respond to Prompts dialog box is displayed. To search for an HR Department ID, click the Memeber Selection icon next to the Selection field.
  6. Step 6Enter the appropriate information into the Enter HR Department: field.  
  7. Step 7: Scroll down to view more information about the selected employee's Raise Sheet.
  8. Step 8: The Raise Sheet for the selected department is displayed. Review the information for the appropriate employee.
  9. Step 9: Scroll down to view more information about the selected employee's Raise Sheet.  
  10. Step 10To view another employee's Raise Sheet, you can click the employee dropdown list to select another employee.
  11. Step 11: The default format of the report is in HTML. If you want to generate the report in PDF format, click the Adobe PDF icon in the toolbar.
  12. Step 12: The PDF is displayed. You can scroll down to view the Raise Sheet information for the selected employee of the department and save and/or print the report.  

In this article, you will learn the steps to run the Raise Sheet Report in the UGA Budget Management System.

1. Step 1

First, log into the Budget Management System

On the UGA Budget Management System HomePage, click the Explore button.

The Explore tab is displayed.

In the left navigation menu, click the arrow next to the UGA Reports folder to expand it.

The subfolders of the UGA Reports folder are displayed.

Click the BPSS subfolder.

The BPSS related reports are displayed on the right side of the screen.

Double-click the Raise Sheet report.

The Respond to Prompts dialog box is displayed.

To search for an HR Department ID, click the Memeber Selection icon next to the Selection field.

You can also manually enter the HR Department ID into the Selection field if you already know it. To manually enter the HR Department, check the Edit Member Names option.

Enter the appropriate information into the Enter HR Department:  field.

Scroll down to view more information about the selected employee's Raise Sheet.

The Raise Sheet for the selected department is displayed.

The report provides you with information about the Job Code, Position Full Time Equivalent, Fiscal Year 2019 Base Salary, Merit Increase Amount, Administrative Supplemental Pay, Total Fiscal Year 2020 Compensation, Merit Increase Percent, and Merit Range for each employee of the selected department.

The name of the employee whose sheet you are viewing is listed in the drop-down list under Name - Position ID.

Scroll down to view more information about the selected employee's Raise Sheet.

To view another employee's Raise Sheet, you can click the employee dropdown list to select another employee.
